Spring makes us think of warmth, sunshine and flowers. I hate taking medication, it makes me feel sleepy and unfocused. If there's a natural alternative you can be sure that I'll find it. Seasonal hair loss is common and nothing to worry about. It happens because your hair enters what's known as a resting phase which makes it fall out faster than usual.
